Order Processing

*** Please note**** due to covid-19 we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping. Current processing and shipping times range between 15-20 days but we would like to "Thank you" for your patience and continuing to rock with us!!

We processes all orders using with carrier tracking. Orders placed on the weekend, or holiday will be processed on the next business day.  

Once payment has been confirmed, please allow from 3 to 7 business days (normally within 5 days) for order processing and shipment. Due to Covid 19, processing and shipping can take up to 6 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause but we are working with our partners to ensure safety of its employees while adhering to Covid regulations. We hope to get back to normal business processing as soon and safely as possible. Thank you for your patience. 

You will receive tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Standard shipping for orders in the United States typically takes 3-5 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders can typically take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on your location. 

** All orders received after 2:00 pm est. will be processed the next business day. Please allow one business day for processing. 

** Helluva Vibe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave the warehouse.

We're actively following the latest developments about the Covid-19 outbreak. We want to keep you informed about how it might impact your orders with Helluva Vibe, so follow this FAQ for current updates.
 
 How does Covid-19 affect my purchase?  Since we’re working at a reduced capacity, order fulfillment will take longer than our previous maximum of 7 business days. We're partnering with backup facilities to help us manage order volume, and we're routing orders to wherever they can be fulfilled most efficiently.  Please be patient as we are working to maintain stellar customer service through such uncertain times. 
Will I receive my order? Orders are still being fulfilled as they are received and shipped thereafter. If it comes to a point where we cannot get your order to you, no worries, our store will temporarily halt taking orders until we can ensure you will receive your purchase. 
Are any shipping delays expected? As long as the post office is delivering, we are shipping. Due to the fact that fulfillment and processing are taking a little bit longer because if Covid-19; it will take some additional time to get your order shipped. You will still receive an updated processing and shipping status.  

 

 Helluvavibe strives to process and ship your order in a timely manner. Please note, during holidays and/or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship. We thank you in advance.

International Customers

Due to the fact that we cannot anticipate the cost of customs and duties fees and cannot reimburse you for any customs fees incurred, you are solely responsible for all the associated fees. If this applies to you, before placing your order, please contact your local customs office and/or U.S. Postal Service branch office to inquire on what types of fees you can expect. 

 Unverifiable Addresses

Because of cardholder security, we cannot ship to alternate addresses.  All orders placed must be sent to your credit card billing address. If there is a problem verifying your address through the USPS tracking system, your order will be canceled and it will take 3 to 5 business days to credit back to your account.  Please make sure all address (applicable information such as Suite or Apt #) information is correct prior to placing your order.
